BSF Capital releases semi-annual valuation reports for Bonyan REIT

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital (BSF Capital), acting as the fund manager for Bonyan REIT, announced the availability of the semi-annual asset valuation reports for the period ending 30 June 2026.

The valuations were conducted by independent firms Barcode and Abaad Real Estate Valuation.

The reports were prepared in accordance with the fund’s asset valuation policy as outlined in its terms and conditions. BSF Capital, a closed joint-stock company owned by Banque Saudi Fransi, operates under Capital Market Authority (CMA) license 11153-37 and is headquartered at 8092 King Fahd Road, Riyadh 12313-3735.

The fund manager stated that the valuation documents are now available to the public. These assessments provide updated fair market values for the real estate assets held within the Bonyan REIT portfolio as of the mid-year closing date.

Bonyan REIT registered a total asset value of SAR 2.90 billion based on the latest valuation, with net asset value (NAV) for the fund’s 162.88 million units reaching SAR 2.15 billion.
