Takween reports higher net losses in 2025; accumulated losses cross SAR 500m

Riyadh - Mubasher: The net losses of Takween Advanced Industries Company widened by 166.41% to SAR 202.03 million in 2025 from SAR 75.83 million a year earlier.

The loss per share stood at SAR 2.64 in January-December 2025, compared to SAR 1.05 in 2024, according to the financial results.

Meanwhile, the revenues declined by 10.44% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 601.62 million in 2025 from SAR 671.73 million.

As of 31 December 2025, Takween’s accumulated losses reached SAR 500.38 million, equivalent to 65.44% of its SAR 764.64 million capital.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Takween incurred net losses of SAR 51.39 million, higher by 98.98% YoY than SAR 25.82 million.
