Riyadh — Mubasher: Armah Sports Company delivered a net profit of SAR 39.40 million in the nine-month (9M) period that ended on 30 September 2026.
The net income in 9M-26 represented an 11.86% decline from SAR 44.70 million in 9M-25, according to the income statements.
The company attributed the decrease to SAR 4.20 million in non-recurring listing fees related to its transition to the Main Market of Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in addition to a SAR 9.50 million sub-leasing gain recorded in 2025 that did not recur.
Operating profit fell by 13.33% to SAR 52 million during the January-September 2026 period.
However, Armah Sports highlighted that excluding non-recurring items, adjusted net profit for the nine-month period would have risen by 24% to SAR 43.60 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the 9M-26 period stood at SAR 1.20, compared to SAR 1.36 in 9M-25, while total equity increased by 14.78% to SAR 591.60 million.
For the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, the net profit reached SAR 15.20 million, down by 11.63% from SAR 17.20 million a year earlier.
Quarterly revenue rose by 9.77% to SAR 66.30 million, supported by a 10% increase in subscription income and a 13% rise in personal training revenue. Armah Sports noted that two new clubs opened during Q2-26, in the April-June 2026 period, contributed to this growth.
