Ayyan Investment names Al Nuwaiser as CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Ayyan Investment Company’s board of directors has appointed Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Nuwaiser as the company’s new CEO, effective on 4 October.

The appointment follows the resignation of the outgoing CEO, Raed bin Mohammed Al Naeem, which was accepted by the board on the same date.

The company stated that Al Naeem stepped down from his position due to private reasons. His departure and the commencement of Al Nuwaiser’s leadership both took effect on 4 October.

Al Nuwaiser joins the company with more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial and banking sectors. He previously held several executive leadership roles, most recently serving as the head of Saudi National Bank (SNB) branches in the UAE and the Dubai International Financial Centre.

His expertise spans investment, treasury, liquidity management, and corporate governance.

Al Nuwaiser holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master's degree in advanced finance from IE University in Madrid.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, Ayyan Investment shifted to net losses of SAR 87.23 million, compared to a net profit valued at SAR 384.27 million at the end of June 2025.
