Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Agricultural Development Company has signed several agreements to supply semi-fried potato products to the operating companies of Al Baik restaurants.

The company stated that these agreements are part of its broader strategy to diversify its customer base, strengthen marketing channels, and support the localization of Saudi products in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.

Under the terms of the contracts, supply volumes and pricing will be determined on a quarterly basis according to established mechanisms between the parties.

The agreements were signed directly with each individual operating company of the restaurant chain. Al Jouf Agricultural expects the financial impact of these deals to be positive, with the specific results depending on the actual volume of orders and supply developments.

The company characterized the move as a significant strategic step given the expected business volume and the opportunity to enhance its presence within the Kingdom’s food services and restaurant sector.

Management confirmed that the agreements were conducted on a commercial basis within the normal course of business and in compliance with relevant governance policies and regulations.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net profits fell by 78.27% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 11.53 million from SAR 53.08 million.
