Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib’s net profits leap 12% in Q2-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group achieved a net profit of SAR 662.66 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, up 12.12% from the SAR 591.02 million in Q2-25.
Quarterly revenues climbed by 18.38% to reach SAR 4 billion, supported by higher patient volumes and occupancy rates across its hospital and pharmacy segments.
For the first six months (6M) of 2026, the group achieved a net profit of SAR 1.16 billion, an annual growth of 1.56%.
Total half-year revenue jumped by 13.76% to SAR 7.44 billion. The company noted that while newly commissioned hospitals contributed to revenue growth, the associated fixed operating costs during their ramp-up phase partially moderated the overall increase in net income.
The group's EBITDA for Q2 reached SAR 1.04 billion, reflecting a margin of 26.01%.
Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 8.26 billion at the end of the period.
Following these results, the board approved a dividend distribution of SAR 466 million in Q2, equivalent to SAR 1.33 per share. This brings the total distribution for H1-26 to SAR 819 million, or SAR 2.34 per share.
The groups’ net profits fell by 9.64% YoY to SAR 503.29 million in Q1-26, versus SAR 557.01 million.
