Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) reported a net loss of SAR 3.58 million for the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2026, reflecting a decrease of 62.59% from the SAR 9.56 million loss recorded in 9M-25.
Sadirat, meanwhile, recorded zero operating revenue in 9M-26, citing the suspension of business activities since the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024 due to geopolitical conditions and volatile commodity prices.
During the July-September 2026 quarter, the company posted a net loss of SAR 1.69 million, marking a decline of 51.46% compared to the SAR 3.48 million loss in Q3-25.
The quarterly performance was impacted by a Zakat expense of SAR 620,000 and a decline in investment returns, though administrative expenses were reduced.
Sadirat separately disclosed that its accumulated losses reached SAR 98.52 million as of 30 September 2026, which accounted for 50.68% of its SAR 194.40 million capital.
The auditor issued an emphasis of matter paragraph highlighting material uncertainty regarding the group's ability to continue as a going concern.
Meanwhile, the board of directors will recommend measures to the Extraordinary General Assembly to address the financial position within the statutory period.
