Riyadh – Mubasher: Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) has registered net profits to the owners worth SAR 1.46 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, shifting from net losses of SAR 691 million in Q1-25.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.88 in Q1-26, versus a loss per share of SAR 0.41 in Q1-25, according to the financial results.

Petro Rabigh generated revenue of SAR 14.85 billion in the January-March 2026 period, signaling a 32.42% growth from SAR 11.21 billion in the same three months (3M) a year earlier.

The company noted that higher sales volumes across both refined and petrochemical products drove the annual surge in revenue during Q1-26.

Petro Rabigh further stated: “Refined product prices improved significantly during the latter part of the quarter, driven by market volatility and tighter supply demand balances.”

On a quarterly basis, the petroleum company also turned to net profits in Q1-26 against net losses of SAR 607 million in Q4-25. The revenues soared by 39.41% compared to SAR 10.65 billion.
