Bank Aljazira’s net profits near SAR 443m in Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank Aljazira logged a net profit of SAR 442.80 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, representing a 15.89% increase from SAR 382.10 million during the same period last year.

The bank attributed the growth to a 10.36% rise in total operating income, which reached SAR 1.22 billion, supported by higher income from investments and financing.

For the first six months of 2026, net profit reached SAR 847.90 million, up 14.10% from SAR 743.10 million in the prior-year period.

Total operating income for the half-year stood at SAR 2.37 billion. The bank noted that while operating expenses rose by 7.57% to SAR 1.23 billion, net impairment charges for expected credit losses decreased by 14.36% to SAR 171.20 million.

The bank’s balance sheet showed significant growth as of 30 June 2026, with total assets rising by 14.83% to SAR 181.18 billion. Customer deposits increased by 16.28% to SAR 132.74 billion, while the loans and advances portfolio grew by 16.64% to reach SAR 120.96 billion.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period were SAR 0.51, compared to SAR 0.50 in the previous year.

In Q1-26, Bank Aljazira logged net profits attributable to the shareholders valued at SAR 405 million.
