Alwasail Industrial pens SAR 9m supply deal for Riyadh Sports Boulevard project

Riyadh – Mubasher: Alwasail Industrial Company has inked a contract valued at SAR 8.83 million with Almabani General Contractors for the supply of materials to the Sports Boulevard project in Riyadh.

The agreement, which was officially signed on 30 September 2026, involves the manufacturing and supply of materials according to approved technical specifications for the urban development project.

The contract has a duration of 12 months from the date of supply.

According to the regulatory filing, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026, continuing through Q1 and Q2-27.

The listed company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

The Sports Boulevard is one of Riyadh’s major infrastructure projects, aimed at enhancing the city's urban landscape and promoting wellness through integrated pedestrian and cycling paths.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, Alwasail Industrial logged net profits valued at SAR 13.22 million.
