Al Babtain Power unveils payment date for Q2-26 dividends

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company will commence the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026 starting 4 September 2026.

The total payout is based on a distribution of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the nominal share value.

The company confirmed that eligibility for these dividends was established on 30 August 2026, for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The distribution process will be managed by Arab National Bank (ANB), which will deposit the funds directly into shareholders' investment accounts linked to local banks.

The company urged shareholders to ensure their bank account data is updated to facilitate the payment process.
