People mocked me for getting pregnant for Davido- Davido’s baby mama

Sophia Momodu, the mother of Nigerian superstar, Davido’s first daughter, Imade Adeleke has taken to social media to share how she became a laughing stock after the musician impregnated her.

Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly Event In New York, the Nigerian influencer and businesswoman revealed that she is the daughter of a pastor.

According to her, as the daughter of a pastor, nobody expected her to get pregnant out of wedlock, hence, people mocked, denigrated, and used unprintable words against her.

She noted that, she had to go through a whole lot because the criticisms really got to her.

“I am a pastor’s daughter who got pregnant out of wedlock by a global superstar. And I was mocked. It was crazy. I had to find myself in the midst of all that”, she said.

She continued “For a long time, I didn’t have a voice despite being famous. I was worried and getting drained by the negative criticisms. If you are a Nigerian, you will know that it is almost a taboo for a pastor’s daughter to have a child out of wedlock”.
