Prices of existing owner-occupied homes continue to rise, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) reported Tuesday. In August, home proces were 0.1 percent lower than in July. The year-over.year increase averaged just 3.3 percent, which roughly matches the inflation. The average price paid for an existing occupied home was 503,523 euros in August.The year-over-year increase has reportedly been flattening non-stop since late 2024. In that year, there were months when prices rose by as much as 12 percent from the same time a year ago.
