After repairs to the damaged transmission line between Pakokku and Nyaungpingyi were completed, electricity was restored to towns across Pakokku District from 3 pm on July 23. In line with directives from the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, power line maintenance crews, working together with local security forces, carried out emergency repairs to restore the damaged transmission line as quickly as possible.
