Report: Ghana wins US$393m tax dispute against Tullow Ghana
Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has announced that an international arbitral tribunal has ruled in favour of Ghana in a tax dispute with Tullow Ghana Limited, upholding a tax assessment of US$393.09 million by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
