H1B Visa News: An Indian, Rishikesh Raj Meesala, has accused his employer of forcing him to pay nearly $100,000 to keep his job and legal status in the US. Meesala, in his lawsuit, also alleged that threats of ICE were issued to him and his father was threatened after he resisted the demands made by his Indian-origin employer, Sai Jitender Kalagra.
