Wives not 'deemed maids', refusal to do household chores not cruelty: High Court
The Bombay High Court set aside a divorce granted to a husband who alleged cruelty over household chores. It said marriage is a partnership of equals and ordered Rs 20,000 monthly maintenance for the wife.
