Kerala has already recorded the highest conversion rate in the country in terms of conversion of Expression of Interests into investments with 23.16% of the investment proposals at the Invest Kerala Global Summit in February this year evolving into actual investments, Industries Minister P.Rajeeve said in a statement on Monday.
