Steel frame, or "steal" frame? 40 villas, one company, and a 30% return: the IAS-IPS couple Rajasthan can no longer ignore
The move follows a controversy that began with a media investigation. Dainik Bhaskar reported that Agarwal, his wife and senior IPS officer Prashakha Mathur, their two sons and other family members bought 40 villas and cottages from Goyal Fashions Private Limited over roughly two and a half years. The units sit in two Ananta-branded resorts, and the total purchase price was about ₹6.16 crore. The newspaper said it had seen the registration documents for all 40 properties.
