The Netherlands has once again seen an increase in the number of households with assets of €1 million or more, according to preliminary figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS). On January 1, 2025, the Netherlands had over 574,000 millionaire households - over 81,000 more than a year earlier, an increase of over 23 percent.The number of millionaires in the Netherlands has been growing for years. CBS noted that the increase was primarily driven by rising home prices.
