Two scooter robberies occurred on two consecutive nights in Almere Buiten-Hout, police told De Stentor on Friday. Both involved threats with weapons: a gun and knives. In the first incident, a woman from Almere was riding her scooter around 2 a.m. along Spoorbaanpad, near the Evenaar, when she encountered two young men standing on the bike path. The pair blocked her route, forcing her to stop.
