Fmr. ASML CEO Martin van den Brink steps down from chip maker ASMI's supervisory board
Former ASML CEO Martin van den Brink has stepped down as a Supervisory Board member at chip supplier ASMI with immediate effect. According to the Almere-based company, this step follows an “assessment that Mr. Van den Brink’s other professional activities could eventually lead to a conflict of interest.”ASMI said that the decision about his departure was made by mutual agreement “to prevent such a situation or the appearance thereof in the future.”
