The price for an existing owner-occupied home rose slightly more last month than the month before, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) reported based on figures from the Land Registry. In May, an existing owner-occupied home was on average 4.4 percent more expensive than a year earlier. In April, home prices rose by 4.3 percent compared to the same month in 2025. On average, an existing owner-occupied home cost €487,383 last month. That is 0.6 percent higher than in April.
