Jumbo is recalling some varieties of mozzarella, ricotta, and burrata from its own brand. Due to possible refrigeration problems, the best-before date on the packages is now unreliable.The cheeses might have spent too much time unrefrigerated. The mozzarella being recalled includes the Jumbo-brand cheese in standard, mini, and maxi packages.Jumbo burrata and Jumbo brand ricotta are also being withdrawn.
