Trade union FNV pushing for 5.5% wage increases in collective labor agreements
FNV is seeking a 5.5 percent wage increase, supplemented by an additional 80 euros, in collective labor agreement negotiations over the coming year. By including a fixed euro amount rather than demanding the entire increase as a percentage, the union wants to ensure that lower-paid workers receive a larger boost in relative terms, labor conditions coordinator Jacqie van Stigt said.
