Jessie J is the latest A-lister to take on CBeebies Bedtime Stories as she will read My Path, written and illustrated by Jana Curl on Friday.

The popstar, 37, will read an inspiring tale about resilience and hope, focusing on a little snail navigating life's twists and turns.

The book encourages young readers to embrace challenges and keep moving forward, even when their path ahead seems uncertain.

Speaking about her appearance, Jessie said: 'Every day, we follow our very own special path, and it can take us in many directions.

'My path has led me here to read you a CBeebies Bedtime Story! Like the little snail in the story, we might experience bumps along the way and some big mountains to climb, but I say to myself, 'keep going Jess!' and I hope that's what little ones and grown-ups take from 'My Path' too.'

The singer closes her CBeebies Bedtime Story with an uplifting message: 'Every path is special, so choose yours… and keep going. Life is one big and beautiful adventure. Choose a happy path, believe in magic and live your best life.'
