Zara McDermott confesses she 'can't live without' Louis Tomlinson

Zara McDermott has confessed she 'can't live without' boyfriend Louis Tomlinson as she got candid in a Q&A with fans on Instagram on Sunday.

The former Love Island star, 29, began dating the One Direction star, 34, last year following her split from Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson.

When asked by a follower what the three things were she couldn't live without, Zara was very straight to the point.

She penned: 'I'd have to say my family, my friends and my bf of course!!!'

Zara went on to share sweet pictures from recent months of her life as she made a few other confessions.

The former Love Island star began dating Louis in March 2025, with the couple jetting to the Caribbean after spending their first Christmas together.

It's understood that Zara has moved into multi-millionaire Louis's north London mansion, having initially moved back into her parents' house after leaving the Fulham home she shared with ex-boyfriend Sam Thompson. 

Sam and Zara ended their relationship in December 2024 after spending Christmas apart.

A source close to the couple told the Daily Mail at the time: 'Sam and Zara have ended their relationship.

'It's been an incredibly difficult decision for them to part ways, they still care and have a lot of love for each other. 

'But after a tough year of working hard at their romance, they have split and will be focusing on their individual careers going forward into 2025. 

'There has been no scandal or fallout between them, it's just the result of a difficult year, where they both had to spend a lot of time focused on their own projects.'

The couple were last seen together celebrating Zara's birthday in December 2024, where Sam dedicated an Instagram post to his girlfriend, calling her his 'soulmate' and 'best friend'.

It's been a great start to the year for Louis as he landed Number One album with his record, How Did I Get Here?

Zara said that 'proud is an understatement' as she shared a sweet tribute to her boyfriend after his achievement.

The former One Direction star released his album on January 23, four years after the release of his last record, and it soared straight to the top of the UK charts.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Zara reshared Louis' celebratory post, which showed him proudly posing with his award, as she told followers she was incredibly proud of his achievement.

The reality star, who has been romantically linked to Louis since early 2025, penned in the post: 'NUMBER 1!!!!!!!!!!! Proud is an understatement. ❤️

She continued: 'You deserve this my love. The kindest, most loving human being on this earth.'
