Bali's message to Bonnie Blue after she faced 15 years in jail

by · Mail Online

Controversial adult content creator Bonnie Blue will be deported from Indonesia within 48 hours and banned from ever coming back for at least ten years.

Blue - whose real name is Tia Billinger - will be deported on Saturday after local police scoured her phone and found an 'adult video' of her with a man.

She could have faced 15 years in jail if she was found to have created pornographic content in Bali, but police said the clip did not have any nudity or genitalia.

They were also unable to prove it was filmed in Bali or had been shared or posted online.

However they have found Billinger was illegally using her 'Bonnie Blue Bangbus', and an immigration investigation found she breached her tourist visa. She will be deported after a trial on Friday.

Immigration officials told the Daily Mail she will be banned from returning to Bali for 'at least ten years'.

On Thursday, Badung Police and immigration officials in Jimbaran said Billinger's whole trip was simply an elaborate publicity stunt.

'They have misused the visa they have to make content in Bali,' Immigration chief Heru Winarko said.

'They will be blacklisted from entering Indonesia for at least 10 years (that) could be extended.'

The ban comes as Blue is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, accused of violating Bali’s traffic laws by using the vehicle known as 'Bonnie Blue’s BangBus, which she used to pick up 'barely legal' schoolboys in Bali to promote her schoolies tour.

Authorities say she may face charges under a regulation that prohibits the use of 'goods vehicles or open-air trucks' without a valid purpose.

A conviction carries a maximum penalty of one month in jail or a fine of 250,000 Rupiah, approximately $25 AUD.

Blue told police she did not drive the vehicle herself. It was allegedly driven by Liam Andrew Jackson, a member of her entourage, who reportedly does not hold an international driver’s licence.

'We have coordinated with the court, we will conduct fast trial for the traffic law violation. Tomorrow the trial will be held at Denpasar District Court,' Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara said.

She wore a matching green singlet and shorts and smiled at the waiting press pack before filming a series of videos with the reporters behind her. But she was silent when asked if she would be 'going back home soon'.

Billinger who is from Nottinghamshire in England, was flanked by another man who sat with her as they waited to be called in to a restricted room with immigration staff.

Blue and her crew were raided by police at the Balism studio and police arrested 14 Australians aged between 19 and 40 during the raid who were being treated as witnesses.

Badung Police confirmed Billinger was arrested last week after they raided her studio, seizing contraceptives, Viagra pills, a small ute with 'Bonnie Blue’s BangBus'.

She was taken into custody alongside Brisbane comedian Julian Woods and two other British male tourists.

'When they were raided, they were making collab content about a game where the winner would sleep with Bonnie Blue,' said Acting Head of the Public Relations Sub-Division of the Badung Police, Aiptu Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti.

Blue and her entourage have since moved accommodation following the raids.

They were previously staying at the Coco Lifestyle Residence in Munggu but are now bunkered down at another location.

The stylish villa that costs just AU$75 a night – included an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, hot tub and pool bar.

Billinger was banned from Australia last year after her plan to film pornographic content with 'barely legal' Schoolies infuriated thousands of people, who signed a petition calling for her visa to be denied.

The Department of Home Affairs reviewed her case and cancelled her visa before she could enter the country, noting that her intended activities amounted to conducting business while posing as a tourist.
