GG Teaser: Godavari-Rooted Entertainer

Sumanth Prabhas is gearing up with a rural-flavoured love saga, Godari Gattupaina, directed by Subash Chandra and backed by Red Puppet Productions.

Nidhi Pradeep plays the female lead, and with the shoot in its final stages, the film is getting ready for its theatrical release.

Meanwhile, the makers unveiled a lively teaser, offering a first peek into the world of Godari Gattupaina.

Set against the Godavari heartland, the film revolves around a quirky group of five friends known as the Oscarrrrr Gang. Raju is smitten by Maya, and the narrative traces the chaos, fun, and warmth this gang brings along.

The teaser is cut in an entertaining fashion, showcasing the RRRRR gang’s madcap antics and the pleasant charm of the love track. Director Subhash Chandra seems to strike a neat balance between humour and romance.

Sumanth Prabhas fits the bill perfectly as a carefree youngster from the Godavari region, even sporting shades of a Prabhas fanboy. Nidhi Pradeep looks apt in her role, and their chemistry comes off refreshingly natural.

The friends’ batch further lifts the comedy quotient with their vibrant presence. Jagapathi Babu appeared in an important role.
