Frank Edoho’s ex-wife speaks amid his second failed marriage

Katherine Obiang, the first wife of popular Nigerian TV host, Frank Edoho, has broken her silence following the public collapse of his second marriage to Sandra Onyenucheya.

Her reaction was subtle, lighthearted, and supportive comment amid online conversations surrounding his collapsed marriages.

Edoho, widely known as the longtime host of the popular game show: “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,” has recently been at the centre of public discussions following revelations about his marital history and personal life.

He was previously married to Obiang, a broadcaster, from 2003 to 2010.

Their seven-year marriage produced three children before the couple eventually parted ways.

In 2013, the popular media personality married Onyenucheya and they welcomed their first child in 2014 and a second in 2016. 

Obiang’s remark came after an Instagram user, writing in French, commented on one of her posts.

“Katherine when I saw your picture next to this Mr I thought aiiii is that Uju who is his wife?? Mama you suffered, shit.

“King of malice wanted to finish with you but God said Back to the sender. Thank God you left that child alone,” the user wrote.

In a terse response, Obiang replied in French: “You too,” with a laughing emoji.

Last year, Edoho announced that his second marriage had ended in December 2022, an experience he described as “devastating”.

The TV host also recently declared that he will never commit to just one woman again.

Edoho further disclosed that he was gradually moving on from the failed marriage.

Following the breakup, rumours also surfaced alleging that Onyenucheya had cheated on Edoho with a Nigerian singer.

She addressed the rumours, accusing the TV host of being involved in multiple affairs during their marriage and mentioned the names of women he allegedly had relationships with.
