Mysuru: Theatre artiste, award-winning Kannada film actress and National School of Drama (NSD) alumna Akshatha Pandavapura is set to achieve a major milestone with her acclaimed 90-minute experimental solo play, ‘Leak Out’ (part of the Navyasi Ranga initiative).

The landmark 125th show will take place at the Indian Institute of Educational Theatre on JLB Road in Mysuru on Sept. 11 at 6 pm, continuing its remarkable journey across Karnataka as a celebrated achievement in modern intimate theatre.

Conceived as an interactive exploration of societal dynamics, quieted voices and deeply human experiences, ‘Leak Out’ weaves together the compelling stories of diverse women. The dynamic performance evolves with every show, directly engaging audience members as active participants in the narrative while addressing social norms and systemic silence through powerful storytelling and humour.

“My objective has always been to bring theatre closer to the people and locate my characters right within the audience,” says creator Akshatha.
