Bhushan Brothers enthral audience on Vijayadashami

Mysuru: Abhyuday Dhyan Bhushan and Abhignan Vedant Bhushan, sons and disciples of acclaimed Bharatanatyam artiste couple, Badari Divya Bhushan and Dr. Anjana Bhushan, presented ‘Ramabhyudayam’ for the Vijayadashami celebrations at Kalasindhu – Academy of Dance & Related Arts in Bengaluru.

The brothers brought all the Navarasas connected with Ramayana beautifully.

Abhignan’s portrayal of Shurpanaka, Krishna, Jatayu and Hanuman was applauded and loved by audiences. Abhyuday, as Lakshmana, Shiva, Hanuman and Ravana, brought the characters to life and captivated the minds and hearts.

Script, music, costumes and choreography for the dance theatrical was by Badari Divya Bhushan. The production was very unique as the entire ballet was presented by the two brothers donning several roles and changing swiftly in between characters which was spectacular.

Kalasindhu Director Poornima Gururaja was present.
