Screen Actors Guild’s Actor Awards Winners List: Updating Live

The actress who died in January won for “The Studio,” and her co-star Seth Rogen remembered working with her as he accepted on her behalf.

Seth Rogen paid tribute to Catherine O’Hara, the acclaimed comedian who died at 71 in January, at the Actor Awards on Sunday night.

The actress was honored posthumously with the newly renamed prize, previously known as a SAG and presented by the Screen Actors Guild.

Rogen spoke good-naturedly of O’Hara’s habit of rewriting scenes of their series before they were about to be shot, saying, “She knew she could destroy and she wanted to destroy every day on set.”
