Hard Rock Cafe Japan Gets Evangelion Crossover Merchandise

Khara and the Japanese branch of Hard Rock Cafe announced an array of Neon Genesis Evangelion crossover merchandise will start appearing on November 3, 2026. The majority of items feature the restaurant logo with elements from the anime and EVA-01, but the pins do also feature characters. Unlike some other recent collaborations, it seems this one is only pulling from the original anime series due to the look of the plugsuits and characters used, and not the Rebuild movies since characters like Mari Illustrious Makinami are absent. 

There are six different kinds of merchandise that will be sold for the Hard Rock Cafe Evangelion crossover. T-shirts, a sukajan souvenir jacket, a baseball cap, a magnet, a shot glass, and pins. In the case of the shirts, white, grey, and black options will be available, but only certain locations will sell each color. All six pin options will be at each store, but only 500 will be at each one. The shot glass will also appear a bit later than the other five items, with the site only mentioning the middle of November for its launch.
