There are two color variants for this Digimon virtual pet. One is billed as a “Digimon” color, while the other is a “Godzillaone. The shading is different on them, and the buttons and frame around the screen are silver for the Digimon version and black for the Godzilla one. Each features the Omegamon: G Fusion Mode art on the case. (Naturally, that character is available as an evolution option.)

As with other Digimon, your care determines which character you get. There are 58 options here. Five are new Godzilla-themed characters. The new options are Black War Greymon: G Invasion Mode, Greymon: G Invasion Mode, Metal Garurumon: G Invasion Mode, and Metal Greymon (Virus): G Invasion Mode. It does use a color LCD display, different backgrounds, allows you to “save” one Digimon via the Backup System, has Cold Mode to pause the pet, and features an accelerometer for certain actions via movement. It is compatible with the past Digimon Pendulum Color and Digital Monster Color virtual pets, including the Godzilla variant that appeared in 2025.
