Ghost of Yotei Story Expansion and Survival Mode in Complete Edition

We’re getting more content for Ghost of Yotei in the form of a Complete Edition with Echoes of Sekigahara story expansion and Most Wanted Survival Mode. This will be a paid addition that debuts on October 1, 2026. So someone who already owns the game will need to pay $14.99 for the new updates. People who don’t have it yet will find it costs $69.99. People who pre-order it by September 30, 2026 will also get a Sakai Armor early unlock.

As suggested by the Echoes of Sekigahara name, the Ghosts of Yotei expansion’s story will cover Atsu’s time during the Battle of Sekigahara and the current time. This means visiting new spots in Japan. Some new weapons and opponents will appear during this part too. The Most Wanted Survival Mode is a roguelike experience that involves going on runs to take down bounties as characters like Atsu, Nagato, and Oyuki.

There’s an official trailer that goes over everything. The new Ghost of Yotei Echoes of Sekigahara story is teased at about the 55 second mark, while the Survival Mode comes up at the 1:35 point.

Ghost of Yotei is on the PS5 now and the Complete Edition launches on October 1, 2026 with the Echoes of Sekigahara story and Most Wanted Survival Mode.
