1.0 Tales of Seikyu Adds New Romance Options and Marriage

by · Siliconera

ACE Entertainment just launched the 1.0 version of Tales of Seikyu, and now that the game is out of early access there are 20 romance options, marriage is an option after getting up to the tenth heart event, and the storyline is done. The developer also confirmed that there will be post-launch updates and teased those could also involve the love interests, noting they have “some romanic ideas cooking” in the launch announcement on Steam. The game is also temporarily on sale for $17.49 until June 25, 2026.

The launch announcement went over some of the elements of Tales of Seikyu that are now present as a result of the full game appearing on PCs. The full story is complete, letting us run a farm, add livestock, adopt pets, go to festivals, explore ruins, and fight tanuki. As we do, we’ll also gain transformations that allow us to access more of Seikyu, such as fly as a tengu. When it comes to villagers, it is possible to be only friends or date them. However, if you do choose to fall in love with one of the 20 romance options in Tales of Seikyu, it is now possible to trigger the marriage event and move in together.

The 1.0 Tales of Seikyu release date trailer is also live. It spends about a minute showing off the farm, animals, supernatural elements, customization options, and even some romantic moments with love interests.

Ahead of early access, ACE Entertainment frequently updated the game. For example, we saw more heart events and pets in February 2026.

The 1.0 version of Tales of Seikyu is now live for the PC via Steam, and there’s no roadmap for the post-launch updates and possible additional romance additions yet. The developer noted it will be taking feedback on Discord and social media about potential post-launch additions.
