The new film is the fifth and final big screen outing for the franchise and reunites Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason “Wee Man” Acuña and the rest of the crew for one last big-screen outing, 26 years after Jackass first launched on MTV.
Directed by Jeff Tremaine, who co-created the original series with Knoxville and Spike Jonze, the film mixes new stunts with unseen footage from across the franchise’s 25-year history.
Among the stunts previewed in the trailer were a robot-assisted rectal exam, a penis shock collar, an “escape room from hell”. Check it out here:
The film is being released into cinemas worldwide on Friday (June 26) by Paramount Pictures.
In a four-star review of 2022’s Jackass Forever, NME described it as “pure, prank-filled fun (plus a lot of testicles),” adding: “There’s a kindness and companionship – and freedom – to Jackass Forever that makes for 90 minutes of pure joy. Remember joy?”

UK viewers will be able to stream restored classic episodes of Jackass on the Paramount+ streaming service from Friday (June 26).
The episodes are returning to the platform around the release of Jackass: Best And Last, which also arrives in cinemas on Friday.
The restored versions come after the original series was removed from Paramount+ at the request of Knoxville and the Jackass team, who wanted to revisit and restore key creative elements that had been altered over time.
Paramount+ later said the restored episodes would bring the show closer to its original MTV broadcast form, reflecting the creative intent of Knoxville and the original team.
The original ‘Jackass’ TV series is also available to buy digitally in the UK via Apple TV Store and Amazon Video, with all three seasons listed for purchase.
