If, like me, that's given you a small but not insignificant existential crisis, you might want to distract yourself with something to watch on Netflix. And, with a wide variety of new movies and TV shows set to land on the streaming giant in the final full week of April 2026, you'll soon be able to do just that.

Funny AF With Kevin Hart (April 20)
Funny AF with Kevin Hart | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube
A Netflix comedy competition, Funny AF With Kevin Hart follows the titular comedian-actor as he scours the United States for the next star of the stand-up circuit.
Aided by a host of other household names, including Keegan-Michael Key, Nikki Glaser, and Tom Segura, Hart and his fellow judges determine which contestants will progress to the next stage of the contest, and offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse of their own journeys to the top of the industry.
The first four episodes will drop on Netflix on April 20, with four more arriving one week later. Then, on May 4 and 5, Netflix will broadcast the semi-finals and final live, with viewers expected to get a chance to vote on who'll win the reality TV spectacle via Netflix's recently introduced live vote feature.
