Coleen Nolan 'utterly devastated' as she pays heartbreaking tribute to sister Linda

Condolences have been pouring in for the much loved singer and TV personality, who has died aged 65 following a long illness with cancer.
Coleen has led tributes to her beloved sister, saying she will miss her "more than words can express".

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "Linda was a beacon of love, kindness and strength.
"Her wit, humour and laughter was infectious, her presence could light up any room. Linda had a heart full of compassion and always knew how to bring comfort and joy to those around her."
Coleen added: "Her memory will live on in the many lives she touched, and while we miss her more than words can express, we take solace in the love and warmth she shared will all of us. Rest in peace, Linda. You will forever be in our hearts. Love you, Coleen xxx (Colette)".
Coleen's co-workers on Loose Women also paid tribute to Linda during Wednesday's episode when the news broke.
Presenter Nadia Sawalha said: "Nothing prepares because there is a moment when the light goes out, and when the light goes out, that is the most awful shock. They've been through so much as a family, sending all our love."
While Christine Lampard added: "Sending love to Coleen, Linda's family, all of the family. We’re thinking of you all today."
Linda was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. She was given the all-clear in 2011, but in 2017 the cancer had returned. In 2023, she revealed that the disease had spread to her brain.
The news of her death was confirmed by publicist Dermot McNamara on Wednesday morning.
A statement on The Nolans' official social media pages read: "It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of beloved Linda Nolan. She faced incurable cancer with courage, grace & determination, inspiring millions.
"Surrounded by family, she passed peacefully. A pop icon and beacon of hope, Linda will never be forgotten."
