“Rolling Loud: The Movie” Will Make Every Parent Want To Put A Tracker On Their Kid

If you haven’t seen the trailer for Rolling Loud: The Movie yet, it’s a wild ride. Basically, Owen Wilson is a dad who loses his 13 year-old son at a music festival.
As a parent, I lost my mind a little bit thinking about what this would be like.
An overprotective dad sneaks his 13-year-old son into the world's biggest hip-hop festival. Honestly, what could go wrong?
Dad is persuaded because he wants to be cool. So that should tell you everything.
A nightmare to imagine myself falling for the teenager's tricks.
Mom is betrayed. She said no, explicitly. He took their son anyway and lied about going fishing instead.
And then Dad, God love him, loses the kid in a crowd of thousands.
The backup is not helping.
His search team is a reckless co-worker and an eccentric festival volunteer. Zero responsible adults are involved here.
And everything is verrrry much not PG.
Rated R for sexual material, drug use, language, and graphic nudity. Fun for us. Fun for the 13-year-old son. Not so much fun for Dad.
The craziest part is: it's real!
Writer-director Jeremy Garelick based it on his own real-life experience. The filmmakers also shot scenes live during actual Rolling Loud festival dates, incorporating real crowds, mosh pits, and appearances by artists like Travis Scott, Sexyy Red, and Ty Dolla Sign. Which makes it feel all the more authentically terrifying!
Rolling Loud: The Movie is in theaters now. Check out the trailer below and get tickets now.
