If you haven't seen Heated Rivalry, I beg you to do yourself a favour and binge it immediately. As someone who doesn't give a puck about sports (too on the nose?), I can testify that there isn't that much hockey. So no need to immediately Google "basic hockey rules" to understand the show. It's a love story through and through, and the internet and I can't get enough of it.

So when I heard they'd announced a few more actors joining the cast for Season 2, I was giddily kicking my feet and immediately diving deep into the who's-who of it all. So let's start off with one of the newest additions...Charlie Gillespie!

Charlie Gillespie is playing Troy Barrett, a forward for the Ottawa Centaurs, in the new season.

Just like the show (and this writer), he is from Canada. Dieppe, New Brunswick, to be specific.

3. How old is he?

He was born on August 26, 1998, making him 27 years old.

4. What other projects has he done?

Although he's been acting for over a decade, the most recent project that really put him on the map is the 2026 film One Night Only.

5. What is his Zodiac signs?

Being a late August baby, Charlie is a Virgo.

6. And we have to know: Is he single?

After some digging, it turns out he's very private about his personal life — and good on him. So, he could be single. He could also be in a long-term relationship of 8 years. We truly know nothing.
