A few months ago, Off Campus completely took the world by storm. Suddenly, "GIRLS" by The Kid LAROI was everywhere, and hockey became the topic of conversation all over again. But lately, there's been a little more conversation surrounding the show's two leads, Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli.

The two, who play Hannah and Graham, have been at the centre of rumours that there could be some tension between them off screen. And while neither actor has directly addressed the situation, they just gave fans a little update that might've put those theories to rest. In a new video shared by Prime video, Cameli and Bright thanked fans for all the love after the show's first season:

"We just wanted to say that we have been so overwhelmed by the response to the first season. You guys made it what it is and we genuinely cannot thank you enough."

And even better yet, they had another very important update: Season 2 is already underway. "We're back filming Season 2 right now and we cannot wait for you to see what's coming. Trust us, it is going to be worth the wait."

The two never publicly addressed the rumours, but earlier this year, fans noticed that Cameli deleted several Instagram posts that featured Bright, which only added fuel to the fire. Bright did previously address the other thing fans have been speculating about: whether she and Cameli should date IRL. During a July appearance on In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele, Bright said she understood why fans wanted them together, but she admitted she thought it was "so weird." She even went as far to say that she saw Cameli as a brother and pointed out how he already has a partner. "He also has a perfect and beautiful, amazing girlfriend," she said.

So while the internet may have plenty of theories about what was happening between the two, their latest update seems to show that they are focused on Season 2 and are more than ready for fans to see what comes next.
