LONDON — Vladimir Putin won’t be at the G20 summit in the U.K. next year, Andy Burnham said in an interview published Thursday.

Pushed by the Economist magazine on whether the Russian president will be invited to the gathering of world leaders in Manchester next November, the British PM said: “No.”

He went on to clarify the guest list is “handled by the G20,” but stressed Russia would not be present “because of an outstanding sanction.”
