New mom in town, Drashti Dhami has revealed the name of her baby girl and it is very interesting.

Popular TV actress Drashti Dhami and her husband, Niraj Khemka, became parents to a baby girl on October 22, 2024. A while ago, on November 28, 2024, the actress took to her Instagram handle to announce the name of her little bundle of joy.

Drashti took to her Instagram account and shared a cute picture of her baby girl's feet. It was held by Drashti and Niraj, and with the sweet snap, she announced that her little one had been named Leela. She shared the special news with her fans, colleagues and co-stars from the TV world. In her caption Drashti wrote:

The name Leela reportedly has many meanings. It means the creation of the supreme, happiness, beauty, and divine intervention, reportedly. Drashti's friend and Nakuul Mehta's wife, Jankee Parekh wrote, "Hello baby doll". Bollywood actress, Mouni Roy commented, "Beautiful" while Sanaya Irani wrote, "Hello goggy". It was in June 2024, that the Madhubala actress revealed she and Niraj were expecting a miracle. However, ever since the couple was blessed with a daughter, they have not yet revealed the face of the child. Drashti is best known for her hit TV shows like Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Dill Mill Gayye, Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka and Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil.
