Radhika Apte has been grabbing attention with her performance in Lust Stories 3. Recently, the actress also talked about a traumatic occurrence she had to face when an intimate scene from the movie Parched, featuring her and her co-star, Adil Hussain, was leaked. Radhika, although she has moved on from the past incident, said it actually left her scared when it happened. 

The incident took place 10 years ago, and it left Radhika so worried that she was not even able to step out of her home for a few days. The intimate scene featuring Radhika and Adil circulated on social media without her consent, went massively viral, and eventually reached the actress's mom, from whom Radhika also got to know about the same. Acting in intimate scenes is nothing new in the industry; however, as the intimate clip of Radhika was shared before the release of Parched, it sparked a massive controversy.

Before filming the scene, Radhika and her married co-star, Adil Hussain allegedly had a conversation before their intimate scene. According to a 2016 report by Filmfare, Adil, in an interview, revealed that before their shooting, he asked Apte about her boyfriend's take on the same. To this, Radhika revealed that she was married and questioned him about his wife's reaction to their intimate scenes as well.

As per the same report, Adil Hussain, speaking to a leading magazine, allegedly revealed that his wife didn't have any issue with this. According to Adil's alleged interview, he revealed that his wife has been supportive of his career and respects it. Adil could be quoted as saying:

"I asked her 'What about your boyfriend'? She said that she was married. She then asked, 'What about your wife?' I said, 'No problems'. She said she hopes that I do it well. My wife respects my profession and she has complete faith in my sensibilities. We know each other from our early days in theatre and she knows why I am an actor."

The same report also mentioned that Radhika Apte allegedly talked about her work in Parched, directed by Leena Yadav. The gorgeous actress reportedly shared how a woman is always being told what to do in Bollywood, and she has always maintained that she would never do anything to her body or face. Radhika Apte allegedly said:

"I really needed a role like this because when you’re in Bollywood you’re constantly told what to do with your body and I always maintained that I would never do anything to my body or face."

Recently, speaking to India Today, Radhika Apte revealed what the aftermath of the intimate video surfacing on social media was. According to the actress, it was a very complicated situation. Radhika's stylist told her the video was circulating online, and people in her close circle, including their drivers and watchmen, had seen it. Radhika stated that she called her driver and spot boy and told them that a clip had been leaked, while asking them if they had seen it.

The actress mentioned that she even told her driver and spot boy that she would send them the clip, and if they were okay with it, they would have to protect her. Radhika also offered them their salary and asked them to leave if they were not okay with it; however, both of them promised to protect the actress. Radhika revealed that she was extremely scared back then; she was living alone in an apartment at the time, which made it quite tricky.
