During the conversation, Aman claimed Kanika had undergone several cosmetic procedures. He alleged that she had tried to achieve sharper facial features through plastic surgeries but ended up with restricted movement in her lips. According to him, the television actress got her lips and chin done and thus appears different from her past self. His exact words were:

"She has got her chin done, her lips done. Friends, it doesn't move from here. Why don't you understand? You don't realise? She has had some surgery done, that's why her lips don't move properly."

Following Aman's comments on Kanika's alleged plastic surgeries, an X (formerly Twitter) user wrote, "I fed a lot of images and asked ChatGPT to compare her older and recent pictures. The changes are definitely noticeable." According to the AI bot's report, the possible cosmetic enhancements Kanika Mann might have opted for include chin augmentation, rhinoplasty, lip fillers, and cheek fillers. 

Notably, it is based solely on ChatGPT's analysis of Kanika's before-and-after photos, and there's no official confirmation of these claims. The actress or her team hasn't responded to the cosmetic surgery allegations yet.

Kanika Mann's growing closeness to Gullu in Bigg Boss Season 20 has gotten viewers hooked. Amid that, the duo's stance on their love-angle narrative has emerged. The television actress said on the show that she doesn't want to be romantically linked to anyone; instead, she wants to be known for her individual gameplay.

He stated that he wanted to be a lone wolf on the show, with no romance affecting his game. In his words:

"One thing I will never do on this show is that I don't want to fall in love this time. I want to be single this time. Finally."
