Instead, some viral social media rumors claim the rapper has been arrested again, following his release from prison in April 2026. Needless to say, the speculations left the fans confused about whether the rapper was truly back in Jail.

Is Foogiano arrested again?

Kwame Khalil Brown, better known as Foogiano, had recently been released from prison in April 2026. He had been behind bars for nearly five years, and his release was a joyous moment for his fans. But now the new claims suggest that he might have violated the terms of his probation and returned to federal custody. However, the officials have not issued any public statement to confirm these reports to date. According to the latest viral social media posts, Foogiano was allegedly taken into custody after he traveled to Georgia to visit his children.

These reports also claimed that the probation authorities became concerned after seeing his pictures from his trip on the internet. Eventually, some screenshots that seemed to be a federal inmate record surfaced on the internet. They allegedly belonged to the Montgomery Residential Reentry Management facility, fueling the ongoing rumors. At the same time, the inmate search reportedly listed a 32-year-old male named Kwame Khalil Brown. He had a release date set for January 13, 2027. However, despite the growing online speculation, several questions remain unanswered.

Although something similar to a new mugshot went viral, the official inmate listing reportedly had no booking picture with the record. In fact, there has been no direct public statement from any law enforcement agency or federal prison official confirming whether the rapper was rearrested.
