Actress Biodun Okewo Speaks On Snatching Husband From Daughter Of Senior Colleague, Lola Idije

Nollywood actress, Biodun Okewo, better known as Omoborty, has dismissed claims of snatching her husband from the daughter of her senior colleague, Lola Idije.

Naija News reports that this comes after a controversial Instagram blogger, Gislover, alleged that the curvy actress who tied the knot with her US-based lover, Adeniyi Olabiyi, in July this year broke the relationship between the man and Lola’s daughter.

The blog also alleged that the relationship controversy stopped many of Biodun’s industry folks from attending the wedding.

However, Biodun, in a video making the rounds online, debunked the allegation.

The Yoruba movie star stated that neither Lola Idije nor her daughter knew Adeniyi as they spoke to him for the first time through her.

She also admitted to claims that she took Lola as her mother after the death of he biological mother.

Omoborty also urged some of her colleagues involved in the allegation to publicly clear the air regarding her relationship with Adeniyi before their marriage.

The actress, who spoke English and Yoruba, said, “My husband doesn’t know any of Actress Lola Idije’s daughters. Infact it was through me that Actress Lola and my husband spoke for the first time. I didn’t snatch anybody’s husband. Actress Tosin, they said you are the one posting sub, please come out and clear these allegations”
