Clavicular Has Been Charged With Rape in Massachusetts

The 20-year-old “looksmaxxer” known as Clavicular (a.k.a. Braden Peters) was charged with rape in Massachusetts, according to The Bulwark. He was additionally charged with drugging a person for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to someone under 21. These charges were filed by prosecutors on September 8 in Cape Cod over a May 23, 2025, incident. Clavicular’s representative, Mitchell Jackson, responded to the charges by saying, “Clavicular has not been physically served. As usual, the Bulwark is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic,” per The Hollywood Reporter. The influencer’s arraignment is set for October 14.

The charges may be connected to a lawsuit against Clavicular accusing him of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct, which CBS News Miami reported on in April and centers around incidents from 2025. Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known online as “Alorah Ziva,” accused Clavicular of injecting her face with Aqualyx, which dissolves fat and is not approved by the FDA, before suggesting to her that the solution he injected actually included methamphetamine. The suit also alleges that, while she was under 21, he brought her to his family home in Cape Cod, got her drunk, and had nonconsensual sex with her. This July, Clavicular filed a motion to dismiss the suit.
